- 商品の引き渡し時期Delivery
既製品（標準仕様）：ご注文から2週間以内の発送を目安としています。
オーダー商品（カスタム仕様）：ご注文確定から1か月以内の発送を目安としています。
工場の状況により前後する場合があります。その際はメールでご連絡します。
Ready-made (standard specification): we aim to ship within two weeks of your order.
Made to order (custom specification): we aim to ship within one month of your order being confirmed.
Timing may vary with factory schedules; we will let you know by email if so.
- 返品・交換Returns
商品のご購入・到着から30日以内で、未使用の場合に限り、返品（返金）を承ります。付属品とレシート（納品書）原本の同梱が必要です。お客様のご都合による返品の送料は、お客様のご負担となります。
商品に不良や破損があった場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、当方の負担で交換または返金いたします。
オーダー商品（カスタム仕様）は返品できません。
返品をご希望の場合は、まずメールまたはお問い合わせフォームでご連絡ください。
Unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery. All accessories and the original receipt (packing slip) must be included. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer.
If an item arrives defective or damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will exchange or refund it at our cost.
Made-to-order (custom specification) items cannot be returned.
